Dories are the most elegant craft for floating the big water rapids of the Grand Canyon and other western rivers. These boats are built to the standards that have let them run white water in the Grand Canyon for almost 30 years. They are built of marine plywood with a fiberglass epoxy composite construction. The boats are fully decked and hatched for waterproof gear storage and finished with epoxy paint and teak and mahogany bright work. I can also do fishing versions (drift boats).
